Information about how STERLING handles quotation, supplier and careers submissions.
Privacy Notice
Important: This is a draft for management and legal review. STERLING should finalize its retention policy and business contact details before promoting the forms to real customers or job applicants.
Who is responsible?
STERLING Cleaning & Hospitality Services, Doha, Qatar, determines why information is collected through its quotation, supplier and recruitment processes.
Information collected and purposes
Recruitment: When you submit an application through the Careers page, we collect the name, contact details, role preference, present location, experience, availability, any additional text you provide, and your uploaded CV. This information is used to review employment-related expressions of interest and contact you regarding possible opportunities. Applying does not guarantee employment.
Corporate enquiries and supplier registrations: When these forms are activated, STERLING may collect names, business contact information and information needed to prepare quotations or evaluate potential service partners. Submitting a supplier enquiry does not guarantee approval.
Service providers, storage and notifications
Careers: The careers form is delivered by Tally. Tally stores form responses and uploaded CV files on behalf of the form creator in Europe. When notifications are enabled, application answers and a link to the uploaded CV may also be sent to STERLING's authorized recruitment email inbox via Tally's email delivery providers. Treat those emails as personal information; avoid forwarding them unnecessarily. See Tally's privacy and data-processing information.
Corporate and supplier forms: These forms currently remain disabled pending backend security configuration. If enabled, submitted information will be stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database and processed through Cloudflare Turnstile. Career CVs are not being uploaded to STERLING's Cloudflare R2 bucket under the current Tally arrangement.
Recipients and international processing
Authorized STERLING staff who manage enquiries and recruitment may review submitted data. Third-party hosting, form and email providers may process data in other jurisdictions, including outside Qatar. STERLING must review the relevant arrangements under Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law and applicable data-processing terms.
Retention, corrections and deletion
STERLING should adopt and publish a specific retention schedule and access controls before wider launch. Application details should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the notified recruitment purpose and applicable legal obligations, then deleted securely. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact channel published on the STERLING website. Requests may be subject to applicable laws.
Information security
Access to form submissions and attached CVs should be restricted to authorized staff using protected accounts. Do not submit passport scans, QID images, banking documents or unrelated sensitive materials in an initial career application.
Draft updated: 2 November 2026. Review and approve before promoting forms publicly.
